Skopje

Skopje is the capital and largest city of Macedonia. It is the country's political, cultural, economic, and academic centre.

My parents originally moved here with my older siblings, who were only babies at the time, as their first missionary trip. I was born a few years later. We stayed until I was 3, then moved to Istanbul.

Later, after we left Gaziantep, we began alternating between living in Forst and living in Skopje again, until we eventually moved to America.
